Cheese to pre-freeze, boil hard-boiled eggs, carrots to boil. Eggs cut in half lengthwise, remove the yolk.
Grind the yolks with a fork.
To the yolks add grated on a coarse grater cheese.
Add the garlic, passed through chesnokodavilku.
Add the mayonnaise. Mix well.
On a flat dish make a nest of fennel.
Stuff the half eggs with the mixture.
From the same lump to make heads hens.
From carrots to make the scallops.
From small pieces of carrot to make eyes and a beak. To attach them to the heads of chickens.
Put the chickens in the nest.
