Lemon-garlic-chicken pasta sauce
Spicy-sour flavored sauce is eaten with pasta and other side dishes.

Ingredients

  • The chicken legs

    2 piece

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.333 tsp

My chicken legs. Cut the meat from them, it's easier to do if chicken little pre freeze.

Squeeze of half a lemon juice, and fill them with chicken meat. Add pepper, mix everything together and leave alone marinate.

Prepare the vegetables. Picking up the senior assistant to the onion, clean, cut into half rings, fry until Golden.

Wash, peel, cut into julienne or grate the carrot, dobavlen to the onions and fry for a few minutes.

While we were doing vegetables, soaked in meat juice and pepper. Send it to a dry pan (the chicken legs and so quite fat) and simmer under the lid until the liquid is evaporated.

Small cut what is left after the squeezing of a lemon (for me it was the skin and some pulp). You can, of course, take the other half of the lemon, but the sauce is quite acidic. Peel and grind the garlic a convenient way for You (chesnokodavilku, finely chop or grate on a fine grater - there is no difference).

To the meat add the onions+carrots, lemon, garlic, salt and sour cream, stir and simmer under a lid for about 7-10 minutes. During this time, the apartment lies soooo aroma that all home makes my mouth water))
