I offer you another recipe of ravioli. For magazine contest "the Culinary workshop".

Cooking
First knead the dough. Before mixing the saffron dissolved in water that it is uniformly distributed on the test. You can do it yourself, but you can in the bread maker in "dough" (if anyone has). Flour here are the approximate number of (since everything depends on the flour quality and even the manufacturer) if 400 g little, then add some more.
Make filling. In a blender, well grind the cheese, potatoes, greens. Most importantly, the cheese was not very salty. If you got this, then it needs some steeping.
Here's the stuffing we got. Try the taste and add a little ground black pepper and if needed salt.
Then make dumplings. They can blind a simple way, but you can like I do. Divide the dough into two parts. One roll into a rectangle and at the same distance to spread on the dough stuffing. As in the photo.
The second part of the test roll out the same top cover our sheet with filling. Now here take this knife-wheel (mine is a pizza cutter) and begin to cut the dough into squares or rectangles. Will look very nice if you cut it curly with a knife (there is a knife-wheel, whose edge is not smooth, and zigzag). All of this can be cut with a simple knife but just sharp. After just check the edges of the dumplings that were all glued together.
These are the dumplings we got. I did, and rectangular, and simple dumplings (seen in the photo).
Cook the ravioli in salted water. The finished dumplings serve with butter and sprinkle with grated cheese (a bit). BON APPETIT!!!!!!!
