Vendace baked in Siberian
Well congrats to me! More than a year on the site and this is my first recipe, so do not judge strictly. The fish was very tender and tasty, had to fight back from the home, the aroma was overpowering)))

Ingredients

  • Fish

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    200 g

  • Spices

  • Dill

    1 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

Cooking

We clean our whitefish, remove the eggs and wash away the blood.

Peel potatoes, cut into slices and mix with part of the mayonnaise, sprinkle top with seasoning I have a special for potatoes.

Onion cut into half rings, carrot grate on a coarse grater. Putting everything into a form greased with vegetable oil.

Put on top of our fish, smear with mayonnaise and sprinkle with spices. Put in oven for 40 min.

Here and ready. It was very tasty, I did not expect this from vendace)))
