Spaghetti with fragrant minced
From the cutlets remains 200 grams of minced meat, so I decided to cook this dish for dinner. It was very tasty. Try it - delicious and simple.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    200 g

  • Pasta

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Ketchup

    3 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Pepper white

  • Salt

Start the water for spaghetti. As soon as it boils, add salt, a few tablespoons of sunflower oil and throw spaghetti (butter does not stick together and the pasta are cooked faster).

While preparing spaghetti, make ground beef. Add to the minced salt, all three peppers, chopped garlic and grated on a fine grater cheese. All is well peremeshaem.

Raw carrots to grate on a fine grater, onion cut into thin half-rings. Fry everything together in the pan. Add to the carrots and onions to meat, stir, cover and simmer until the meat did not brighten.

Then add to the pan 3-4 tablespoons of the water in which cooked spaghetti, and 2-3 tablespoons of ketchup. Cover with a lid and leave on the heat for another 5 minutes.

Ready spaghetti, drain in a colander (do not rinse), put into serving dish, top to put a few spoonfuls of stuffing. A delicious dinner is ready. BON APPETIT!!!
