Cooking
Mix all the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa, sugar, vanilla and baking powder. Mix well.
Add the vegetable oil and water. Stir, put in the form. I bake in two, but it is possible and in one bake, and then cut into two Korzh. The size of my form 21, see Bake in the oven 180* for 25-30 minutes. The finished cakes need to cool.
While cakes are cooling prepare the cream. In a blender, put the nuts and dates, a little water. Whisk, gradually adding the water to the desired creamy consistency.
Assemble the cake, coat between layers and top of cake with cream and decorate with fruit. I was decorated with bananas and kiwi. I also sprinkled the cake with coconut shavings. Put the cake overnight in the fridge, though it can miss)))
