Roll of rice
Today, 7 November, my husband and I were born and spent their childhood youth during the Soviet era, so this holiday is important to us nostalgic memories. On the street the snow was falling, although +3, I wanted to cook something original: hearty, tasty and beautiful. Here, a roll of rice and meat offered to prepare you and to please loved ones. The roulade can be served as a hot dish or as a snack.

Take the rice and prepare it according to the instructions on the package. I chose the basmati rice bags from "Mistral". Fill the bag with rice water, bring to a boil and cook for 12 minutes until tender on a slow fire. Ready rice in a bag, take out the plug and put to cool on a plate.

Prepare the dough for rolls. From the obtained number of turns 2 roll. I cooked half the rules - single roll. In a bowl put eggs, salt, pour in the cream, whisk.

Put the flour, whisk until smooth, to avoid lumps.

Put a bag of cold rice, stir.

Add chopped dill (I have frozen), stir.

Take a baking form, I have a 22 x 30 cm, cover baking paper, grease with oil, pour the dough. Put in heated to 200 degrees oven, bake for 20 minutes. Will not overdry it!

While preparing the roll, make filling. Onions and garlic cut into small cubes and fry until transparent in vegetable oil.

In this recipe for stuffing, perfect chicken, but my husband doesn't eat poultry, so cooked pork. Take the meat, the better the thawed, cut into thin strips, put to the onions with the garlic. Fry the meat on medium heat for a few minutes.

Add the chilli flakes, coriander and soy sauce, stir and simmer all for 10 minutes with the lid closed on slow fire.

Get ready a blank for the roll, separated from the paper.

Hot grease layer of mayonnaise, I have a home. You can, of course, not to smear, but from mayonnaise loaf will be softer and more tender, and better to keep the shape.
