Fish captain with mustard sauce
Took the recipe from the cookbook. The sauce was unusual.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    1 kg

  • Mustard

    4 Tbsp

  • Cream

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

The products required. Steak of any white fish (I have "captain"), wash and dry.

Fish sprinkle with pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice. I have the dry mix pepper with lemon / see figure 1/, I use for all fish dishes.

Potatoes wash, cut crosswise, wrap the envelope in tissue paper and put in the microwave for 3 min.

Take it out, make cuts, add salt, sprinkle with paprika, top with a little bit of oil and put bake in the preheated oven.

The sauce: on low heat mix cream, mustard, sugar and vinegar. Stir, bring to thick

Fish is also send to the preheated oven. Bake 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
