Pie
Pie with onions, tomatoes and carrots. This is not the first recipe of vegetable pie on the site, but I offer another option for filling.

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Flour

    350 g

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Greens

    20 g

Prepare the dough: yeast, pour 25 ml. of warm water and give them some to come; flour pour into a bowl slide, make a well in middle; add the salt and sugar; put the vegetable oil; add the yeast and remaining warm water. Knead the dough and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Three onions cut small, and one rings.

Finely chopped onion fry in a pan until lightly Golden.

Carrots and fry a little and add chopped tomatoes. Saute until soft.

Prepare the sauce: beat Eggs with cream and combine with the grated cheese, mix well. Add salt and spices to taste (depending on what cheese you will take).

Cover top with prepared filling and sprinkle with herbs. Bake in pre-heated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes, until browned sides of the cake and top.
