My version of the cheesecake puff pastry and puff filling.

Cooking
Apples cleaned, grate, slightly boil with sugar, cool, add brandy.
Curd proteret through a sieve, add sour cream and cinnamon.
Roll the dough and cut into 12 equal squares.
Each square is folded diagonally and cut with a sharp knife along the edge like this. Very convenient to use a pizza cutter.
Cut off edges to flip to the other side of the square, forming "wells".
At the bottom of "well" gently lay a layer of apples.
Then evenly spread the cheese.
Gently brush to grease jam or marmalade is liquid.
Bake in heated oven for 10-15 minutes. Cheesecakes are delicate, very tasty!
