Buckwheat need to grow in advance of course, I do this: soak it in little water for 4-6 hours. The emerged seeds should be discarded, they will not germinate.

After 4 to 6 hours to drain excess water, cereal wash thoroughly, put on a flat dish (a plate), cover with a damp natural cloth ( or gauze) and put in a warm place for 10-12 hours. If possible, it is necessary to periodically gently mix. 12 hours will be boring. The most delicious buckwheat - sprouts with a length of 1-3mm. And also... cloth should be kept moist.
