Description
These bars with tender soufflé in chocolate with sunflower seeds -a real pleasure!!! To cut the cooking time in the recipe, use ready-made marshmallows (or nougat), if you have time to prepare a souffle.

Cooking
Dried apricots, prunes pour boiling water for 5-10 minutes, drain the water. Grind dried fruits, honey and flax seeds with a blender
In the recipe use oat bran cereal TM Mistral
To connect oatmeal with dried fruit, mix thoroughly. Baking tray lay baking paper, with wet hands spread the sweet mixture over the entire surface. Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 10-15 minutes until Golden brown.
