Date bars
Simple, quick bars of the 2 ingredients in only 5 minutes. Eating dates is useful in cardiovascular diseases, during colds, and simply delicious with no added sugar.

Ingredients

  • Cards

    1 cup

  • Oat flakes

    0.5 cup

Cooking

Wash the figs and clean from the bones.

In a blender mix the dates (about 1 minute). Add cereal (leave some for topping) and even a little bit to beat.

The remnants of the cereal, sprinkle with capacity for future bars ( I have a plastic form 15x15). Some more flakes on top. And cut into serving-size bars.
