Pear pie
Unattractive, but delicious...

Ingredients

  • Shortbread dough

    250 g

  • Pear

    3 piece

  • Cream

    300 g

  • Chocolate milk

    200 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

Prepare the dough as you like, or this way: 160 g butter 240 g flour 80 g icing sugar 2 egg yolks Grated zest of a lemon or orange. Stir the ingredients in the sequence in which it is written and put for 20 minutes(can be longer) in the fridge. Roll out and put in the form on the wetted baking paper.

On the dough spread chocolate cream.

On top of peeled and chopped into small pieces pears.

Then the custard. Fold the sides and mesh on top to put the excess dough. Bake at 180°C until browned (in my oven 35 minutes)

Unattractive, but delicious :-). Suggest to eat chilled.
