Vienna cake
The cake for this recipe I did the first time. He did not disappoint my expectations. To do it is not difficult, and even if assistants are present, just real pleasure!!!!!!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    10 piece

  • Milk

    2 cup

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Sunflower oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2.5 cup

  • Sour cream

    2 cup

  • Yeast

    100 g

  • Flour

    1.3 kg

RUB the yolks with sugar. Margarine and butter to melt. Mix the melted butter and margarine , heated milk (1 tbsp.) and pounded with sugar egg yolks. Add a pinch of salt and gradually adding flour, knead not very thick dough.

Dissolve yeast in warm milk.

In the dough add vegetable oil and yeast. Knead the dough, adding flour until then, until it will not lag behind hands.

Then add the sour cream (the recipe is 2 cups, but I decided not so much to add and have added only 2 tbsp, decided that it will be liquid...), a little more flour and knead again.

Put the dough to rise.

When it rises, add the beaten egg whites and again let rest the dough. Proteins before I added the raisins washed and mixed with flour. Honestly, it was quite difficult to mix proteins with dough is almost ready, not quite sure what to feel.... I would have added them before the last kneading dough...but maybe I'm wrong...

Bake for 30-40 min. Climb very well. The glaze is prepared as follows: in boiling milk (4 tbsp) add sugar(0,5 Cup.) and boil 7-10 minutes until thick. The glaze hardens within 10-15 min.
