Onion sauce with gooseberry
Interesting, tasty sauce, inspired by French! Delicate onion sweetness, spicy acidity from the berries of gooseberry, aroma of spices, herbs and soy sauce! This sauce is suitable for almost any dish - meat and fish, pasta and vegetables, crackers and chips, salad dressing with this sauce dish will be much tastier!

Ingredients

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Gooseberry

    0.5 cup

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic powder

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Greens

Cooking

Bow free from the husk, gooseberries from the stems

Finely chop the onion

Gooseberry cut in half

Fry the onions until soft in butter, stirring occasionally to avoid burning. In a semi-bow, add the berries and finish roasting together

Put the roast into a container to cool

Pour soy sauce, crushed with a blender

Add the garlic, pepper, sour cream and mayonnaise, good grind in a blender until smooth

Add finely chopped herbs, mix well. This sauce is good to add the purple Basil, or cilantro, or dill, although, in principle, can be something that you like, I added dill

Put sauce in a jar and put it in the refrigerator for a nice cooling
