Bagels

Of margarine (pre-melt), sour cream, sugar, soda and flour, knead the dough and put it on an hour in the fridge.

Roll out a layer of dough (2 mm), cut into squares, put in the center of the jam and wrapped in a bagel or roll-UPS.

Coat the baking pan with parchment paper, well impregnated with sunflower oil and spread the bagels. Put in preheated oven (180-200). When they brown - ready! Hot rolls roll in powdered sugar. Since I didn't have it, I'm still raw bagels smeared beaten egg whites with sugar. You can shake up some protein, dip the bagels in the foam, and then sprinkle liberally with sugar - if you use this method - then there is no need to add sugar to the dough.
