Cooking
Start cooking a cake "Forest berry". First we need to soak 15g of gelatin in 250 g yoghurt – cream and 15g of gelatine to 250ml of water for jelly 1.5 - 2 hours. Now make the batter for the biscuit, for this we need the eggs with the sugar beat well with a mixer (7-8 minutes), then gradually add the flour and gently stir. The dough will be like thick cream, pour it into a detachable mould and place into a preheated oven to 190 degrees, bake for 20-25minutes. The finished product allow to cool a little.
Yogurt put on a small fire and keep to dissolve the gelatin, stirring constantly, without boiling. Let it cool down completely. Now whisk the cream with the powder, mix with yoghurt and pour on the biscuit. Sponge cake with cream put in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
Now cook jelly, take water with the gelatin, add the berries and powder, put on fire and keep to dissolve the gelatin. Cold jelly pour on top of cake and put in refrigerator for 2 hours. Here is the cake "Forest berry" is ready.
