Lenten pizza
Lax post. Pizzocco very tasty, healthy, easy to cook. The dough without eggs, milk and yeast! Good post!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    600 g

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.333 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Spices

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Black olives

    1 can

  • Dutch cheese

Make the dough. Mix water+oil+salt, add the mixture of flour 500 gr (100 gr will need it later), add baking soda, mix well, then add vinegar, also mix well. Here we get the dough.

Then, when all is well mixed, add the remaining 100 grams of flour. Knead with your hands. The dough should not stick. It turns out that is so cute :) No eggs, no yeast (which is very important).

Cut onion cubes, fry on low heat until Golden color and the characteristic aroma + sliced peppers. You can add a drop (just a drop, no more :) ) of water. Stew.

Make a sauce. Mix Tom. pasta+garlic (crushed)+ satsibeli of + any spices to taste. Smear this "explosive" mix our dough :)

Cut the tomatoes thinly-thinly rings, olives as someone like that. Dill finely chop.

First, lay out the steamed vegetables, then the tomatoes, olives, parsley.

Break the cheese with your hands stacked on top. Put in oven for 30 minutes 180 degrees.
