Blueberry-raspberry ice cream with mint syrup
Delicious creamy ice cream with two types of jam and a mint syrup instead of sugar. Gentle delicacy. Try it :)

Ingredients

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Cream

    150 g

  • Jam

    75 g

  • Syrup vanilla

    50 g

  • Yolk egg

    3 piece

  • Vanilla

  • The food dye

  • Mint

Cooking

Mix the egg yolks with mint syrup.

Milk heated almost to boiling, pour a thin stream into the yolks, stirring constantly. Put the mixture on the fire and again Ovest almost to a boil (or until steam begins to rise), remove from heat.

Add both kinds of jam and vanilla, mix well.

Whip the cream and add it into the bulk.

Optionally add a few drops of dye and mix.

Spread the mixture in an ice cream parlor, cook 25-30 minutes. ***If You have no ice cream, then you need to put the mass into a container and put into the freezer, stir occasionally (every 40-50 min), after 2-3 hours it's ready!***

Serve at once (will be soft serve) or transfer to a container and bring it to a more solid state (about 30-45 minutes).
