Tempura or vegetable tempura
So I decided to participate in the contest "Fast from Moulinex". This dish I saw once long ago on TV. Prepared and realized that this dish will have a frequent visitor. I hope the delicate taste of vegetables in a crispy crust will impress you.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Vegetables

  • Corn flour

    0.5 cup

Cooking

Clean and cut vegetables, lightly podsalvage

For batter take a VERY cold water (I added ice) and mix with flour. The colder the water, the crust will be crispy

You should get the dough a little thinner than for pancakes

Dip our vegetables in batter

... and fry in plenty of oil

And absorbed with gusto. This dish tastes better hot. Bon appetit!
