Cooking
Fish fillet, 1 onion and 1 clove of garlic through a meat grinder with a large grille, add salt and pepper to taste and 1 tsp sugar, mix well
add 2 tbsp finely shredded greens (I have frozen 8 herbs)
10 lasagna sheets boil until tender in salted water (I boiled a few pieces to not stick together, then throw the next batch)
the finished sheets are carefully removed from the pots(terribly slippery, and strive to fall on the floor), cut lengthwise into 2 parts
and put in cold water (then a lot)
While the leaves are boiled, peel the onion, cut it into cubes or grated
tomatoes and paprika, too
2-3 minutes to simmer the onions and bell pepper in oil
add the tomatoes and spinach, add salt to taste
half of vegetable mixture, put on the bottom of the form, the top set rolled into the ring strips of lasagna
fill tube fish meat (I tried first to do the roll, but the filling is "leaves" of dough, so that tubes are better)
top the remaining half of the vegetables and - in a preheated 180*C oven for 30 minutes
turn off the oven, take out the dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and back in oven for 5-7 minutes to melt cheese.
Tender juicy stuffing, vegetables baked on top, slightly perustuvaa leaves lasagna is really tasty and not so traditional such as lasagna. Bon appetit!
