Cooking
Take a piece of pork. My it nashpigovat garlic, rubbed with spices.
Put on a baking sheet and laid next to rosemary. Cover the top with foil and for 30 minutes in a well heated oven. After 15 minutes I could not stand, pulled the pan and poured a little red wine (but it can not add). The scent of rosemary so amazing was!
Through 15 min. take out, remove the foil and give our meat to brown. Here it is I did.
In holodilnike I had potatoes for the oven (she's fixing 30 min), I added it to the meat and in a half-hour dinner was on the table! Savory!
