Description
Found this recipe in the magazine "Lisa" which room do not remember. Was doing the first time, everyone loved it, especially children. Very gentle and not cloyingly sweet with a little sour with apricots. I apologize in advance if already posted this recipe, I wasn't looking.

Cooking
The oven heat to 175 degrees. Softened butter (hold 20 min at room temperature)RUB with sugar and salt. To prevent one egg.
Sift the flour with the baking powder and mix with egg mass.
Chocolate (pre-cooling in freezer)to grate and add to the dough (I did not add chocolate)
The test is divided into 12 parts and put in greased muffin tins (I greased with vegetable oil. Canned apricots drain in a sieve and put one in each mould on the dough-side down. Slightly press. (I cut because they were very large relative to the molds)
Muffins to put in the oven for 20min. The finished cakes carefully remove from the molds and cool completely (I leave in tins until cool). Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Can be served with whipped cream (I don't sprinkle, because I just don't have it all gobbled up)
