Meatballs with mushrooms and carrots
As already tired of those ordinary burgers. I decided to experiment and added to stuffing new ingredients. Turned out pretty good!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    800 g

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Bread crumbs

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

Mushrooms finely chopped

Carrots to grate on a coarse grater

In forcemeat add salt, pepper to taste, 3 eggs. Mix well

Then add the mushrooms and carrots. Mix well

Roll into balls and roll in breadcrumbs (or flour)

On a heated pan pour vegetable oil and fry our patties on both sides until Golden brown.

In a bowl, mix sour cream and water. A little salt and pour into a large frying pan. To warm up a bit.

Put our cakes in a large frying pan and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
