Puff pastry strudel with apples, almonds and honey
And again irreplaceable puff pastry! Crispy, flavorful roll that is very easy to make!

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

  • Almonds

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

  • Hazelnuts

Roll out the puff pastry thinly.

I had two types of honey, "grasses" and "chestnut". Chestnut honey is very aromatic, with a pleasant bitterness on the fan (I love it), and the grass is very sweet, so that was not very sugary, I confused them.
