Description
Delicate soufflé, which smells of summer and joy. Remained raspberry, it was cheese, but just mix them up and eat - for me interested, and so was born this simple, delicious and incredibly healthy dessert!

Cooking
The first thing soak agar in 50 ml of water for 20 minutes. Then RUB the raspberries into a puree separately with a mixer, beat the cottage cheese with yogurt until smooth, creamy consistency
Then pour into a saucepan the remaining 100 ml of water, water, agar, sugar (I have 3 tablets of saksama = 3 tsp of sugar, but I would have sweetened) and add the raspberry puree, bring to a boil and cook for 1-2 minutes (gelling properties of agar are revealed only when boiled)
Raspberry-agar mixture, pour in the cottage cheese and beat with a mixer
Pour into a bowl (I still have a whole "basket" I filled them). Decorate and put in the fridge for 30 minutes and then you can enjoy the sweet taste and summer mood!
