For a start, put on a plate the first layer of cookies (5 PCs), then grease a cookie sour cream (can mix sour cream with sugar, if you like more sweet)
spread the fruit, then repeat the layers - I've had 3, after you the cake sprinkle with chocolate and put for 3-4 hours in the refrigerator and for better result - at night.. the cake turns out very tender, and most importantly, very useful :-* Bon APPETIT
