Stuffed braid
Very tasty and looks nice on the table.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    4 cup

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Ham

    159 g

  • Green onions

    300 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

Mix the yeast with sugar in 1/2 Cup of milk. Set aside until cap.

In a large bowl sift flour, add salt, rest of milk, eggs, yeast and butter. Knead a soft dough. Put in a warm place to increase in volume. I put it in the oven with the light on. During the lifting process 3 times to stir down dough.

To prepare the filling. Green onions cut into rings. Eggs, chop.

Ham cut into cubes and grate the cheese.

Divide the dough into three parts. One part roll out in length on a floured table. To spread from one edge throughout the length of the vegetables, and top with cheese and ham. Roll into a long sausage. So repeat with two more pieces of the dough. So, we have three sausages.

Neatly connect together three sausages at the base. And to braid a pigtail. How to fix the ends. (I got a very large scythe and no matter what kind of pan did not fit. So I cut it into two parts. And I got two rings).

Put on a baking tray lined with baking paper, and form a ring. Inside I set the form so that the circle is not blurred. From above to grease with egg and in the oven for 30 minutes. The oven pre-heated to 180-200 C.
