Delicious juicy zapekanok cabbage with mushrooms - a godsend for lovers of vegetarian cuisine (or as a meatless dish)

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    1.5 kg

  • Mushrooms

    0.7 kg

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Milk

    4 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Oregano

Cooking

Shinkuem cabbage and fry on a DRY pan, without salt, with constant stirring until soft and creamy and pleasant slightly nutty flavour.

The cabbage should become soft and the juice from it almost evaporate. Need to take a very large frying pan, or cauldron, or put a serving of cabbage as uprawiania.

Onion cut into half rings or smaller, saute in vegetable oil, add the sliced mushrooms and half of butter, fry until evaporation juice, sprinkle with salt, pepper (preferably freshly ground).

Beat eggs with mayonnaise and milk, add salt. In a baking dish, greased any oil spread half of the cabbage, placed on top small pieces of butter and pour about 1/3 of egg-mayonnaise mixture, even out, sprinkle with pepper.

Cabbage put the mushrooms with onions and cover with second half of cabbage. Cabbage again put the remaining oil, pour egg mixture, sprinkle with pepper and a little oregano.

Bake in the oven at 200 - 220 deg. about 20 min. until Golden brown. You can eat just like that or with sour cream.
