Pogaca cheese
I offer great Serbian cakes. Instead of cheese, the author of the recipe Nastasja (thank her for a wonderful recipe) offers also use bacon or sour cream. Though not all of the ingredients the author pointed out the number (I took in its sole discretion), the cake turned out very tasty! Bake it is not the first time. And, as correctly noted by the author, the next day after baking the cake even tastier! Definitely try to cook this dishes!

A cake is quite large, you can take a baking dish smaller and only half the ingredients. Yeast dough I, as usual, are kneaded using a bread machine, but you can knead by hand. I want to warn that not every bread maker can knead this amount of dough. My coping with this task with ease. In the bucket of a bread machine pour warm milk, add yeast, leave for 5-10 minutes.
Add the sifted flour, egg, softened butter, salt, sugar, put the bucket in the bread machine,
Include the mode of kneading.
When the dough get mixed up, shift it into a bowl, cover with film and put in a warm place until increase in volume in 2-3 times.
At this time, the cheese Trou on a coarse grater.
When the dough will increase in volume,
Shift it on the table, knead well.
Divide the dough into 10-12 equal parts.
For baking this cake I use a square shape with a size of 28*28 cm, you can use a round shape.
Form grease with butter. Take one piece of dough, roll it out very thin for the size of the form, put it into the form.
Melt in the microwave butter. The dough grease melted butter with a cooking brush.
Thinly roll out the second piece of dough, put it on top of the first.
Then grease the dough with melted butter, now sprinkle the cheese (the cheese I sprinkle every other layer of dough, except for the top). Therefore, unroll and stack the dough to the last.
The top layer of dough with butter, not grease!
Carefully slice cake with a sharp knife in squares to the bottom.
Cover the form with foil and put in a warm place
Below the pie has increased in volume by approximately two times.
Gently grease the top of the cake with the beaten egg yolk.
Pogacha bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 35-40 minutes. Bon appétit!
