Cupcake
I'm sure this fragrant, fluffy cupcake with a tart taste of chicory, dark chocolate and subtle citrus notes will not leave anyone indifferent! Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Yogurt

    100 ml

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Chicory

    3 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Dark chocolate

    40 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Orange zest

    1 Tbsp

  • Topping pastry

    1 pack

Cooking

The softened butter vzbit with sugar. Add the eggs and salt and whisk.

In yogurt at room temperature to dissolve the chicory, and pour into the butter-egg mixture and whisk.

Chocolate RUB on a small grater.

To the mixture add the zest and chocolate. Mix gently with a spoon.

Then, sift the flour with baking powder, quickly beat. I used the baking powder TM Dr. Oetker.

The batter should be the consistency of thick cream, to drain freely from the spoon. Pour the batter into a suitable form (I form 22*14) bake in a preheated 190 deg oven for 30-35 minutes (until dry matches).

Decorate cupcake as desired. I made the icing on the gelatin, and the decor used sprinkles, TM Dr. Oetker.
