I think it is not necessary to describe this dish. The taste should be known to all. ; -)

Ingredients

  • Kidney

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Cream

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

At night, for removal of peculiar smell, to soak the kidneys in cold water with vinegar. In the morning rinse well and cut into very thin slices (slices). Carrots and pickled cucumbers cut into polyolene or more rings. Onion half-rings. Carrot stew with onions, under cover, until tender. Add diced tomatoes, pre-clearing it from the skin (or you can wipe in the blender). Simmer for another 10-15min.

Add the prepared kidneys. Simmer for 20-30min until tender. The kidneys should be soft. Then, stirring constantly, add sour cream or cream (in which, if desired, to thicken sauce, you can dilute a tablespoon of flour).

When the sauce starts to boil add the pickles. Taste, then add the remaining salt, pepper, add the dill, saute 5 min and turn off the heat.

At garnish can submit potatoes, mashed potatoes, rice, or boiled buckwheat. Bon appetit!
