Fried pies, drinking with a spicy filling
"Drank" (with the accent on the second and) - small cakes resembling pasties, deep fried. Filling - meat, mushrooms and vegetables - fairly hot and spicy. Good pies with a beer and a Cup of coffee or milk.

In cakes the main filling, and the dough can take your favorite for pasties and fried pies. My dough is: flour mixed with sugar and salt, add dry cottage cheese (my home), egg. Knead the dough by hand, adding water. Of water the dough can take less or more depending on the flour, so add the water carefully, looking for consistency.

A little stick to hand put the dough on the work surface with 2 tablespoons of corn starch. Knead the dough by hand for about 10 minutes.
