Description
Cakes, in truth, can be called useful only if it consists entirely of vegetables, without a gram of flour, butter and sugar)) So the usefulness of these muffins still need to put in quotation marks, however, at least they are inferior to their counterparts on caloric content: instead of wheat flour - oatmeal, instead of butter like bananas, instead of sugar - honey. Muffins are really bright and nicely decorated, produces sweet, but not cloying, a little humid, but not rubber, felt unobtrusive aroma of bananas and, most importantly, here, fit perfectly and the pieces just melted chocolate! It turns out great!

Cooking
Cereal sent in a preheated 160 degree oven for 5-10 minutes to acquire a little rosy color and special taste, then allow to cool. This step is optional, you can omit it.
Half Cup oats grind into flour.
In the bowl of a blender put the bananas, then add to the banana puree, eggs, honey, milk and vanilla, whisk.
Add to the mix all the dry ingredients except chocolate, mix thoroughly with a spoon, give the dough stand for 10 minutes.
I almost forgot, that's what this recipe uses cereal.
Then grind/three/break the chocolate added to the batter. Half or less can be left for decoration, but it is optional.
Test fill the molds for muffins 3/4 full, sprinkle the top evenly pending 2 tablespoons of rolled oats (and chocolate) and bake it in the oven, heated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
I got 6 large muffins and 4 smaller ones, if all were large, would make exactly 9 tricks.
