Scones - English scones is very easy to implement. Long ago I had this recipe downloaded from the Internet. All hands did not reach: that cranberry is not, then chocolate. Today I decided to cook, which is not regretted. I was delighted by how delicious was unprepossessing in appearance rolls. Soft, fragrant, sweet! Prepare the necessary ingredients. Preheat the oven to 200 C and line a baking tray with baking paper. Lightly grease with oil.
In a large bowl add the flour, brown sugar Demerara, salt, soda, baking powder and cubes of cold butter or margarine RUB the butter into the flour with your fingers until the mixture will have a coarse texture. This can be done with a mixer.

Gently roll out the dough into a circle with a thickness of 1.2-1.3 cm, taking care not to mash the cranberries. Cut into 8 segments.
To shift the scones on a baking sheet. If you want you can sprinkle with cane sugar. I'm not sprinkled. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees until Golden brown. Follow the cakes. Do scones bake very quickly.
The finished rolls remove from the oven and transfer to a rack to cool.
