Description
Focaccia is a traditional Italian flatbread, you can prepare a meal from different types of dough: yeast, fresh, sweet. Now Focaccia is found of any shape and thickness with additives, stuffing or without it. My Focaccia this is a delicious and soft cake with a filling of apples and berries with the aroma of honey and cinnamon.

Cooking
1. To prepare the dough. In warm milk (100 ml) to dissolve the yeast (1.5 tsp.) with 1 tsp sugar. Add 1 tbsp of flour, stir and put the bowl of dough in a warm place for 20-30 minutes, until foamy cap.
