Tender fish cakes-pancakes melt in your mouth.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    1.5 kg

  • Mayonnaise

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Dill

  • Seasoning

  • Vegetable oil

Finely chop the onion

In a bowl, mix the fish and onion, add the herbs, seasoning to taste, lightly salt, add mayonnaise and mix well. Leave for an hour in the fridge. Then add beaten egg and flour, mix thoroughly. To fry on vegetable oil, spreading on the hot skillet to form a pancake. Bon appetit!
