Cheese biscuits on a gluten-free flour
I want to share with You a simple recipe for cheese biscuits. The cheese biscuits is a more useful alternative to chips and can be apply to beer, wine or tea. In the recipe listed 2 possible options: wheat and gluten-free flour. The video shows a variant with gluten-free flour.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

Pour the sifted flour to the surface where I knead dough.

I use gluten-free flour for white bread

Quickly RUB the cold butter on a grater, sprinkling the butter into the flour.

Spread this mix in the grated cheese.

Mix these ingredients with a knife, that there is less hand contact.

Doing test in the future deepening and pour in 2 taking back the egg. In the case of gluten-free flour, you may need to add another half egg. Since the flour requires more liquid than wheat. Adjust the number of eggs on the basis of the consistency of the dough.

Quickly knead the dough and roll it into a ball. Remove the dough in plastic film or package at least half an hour in the fridge.

Then roll the dough pieces, as in the case with gluten-free flour the dough is less elastic. Roll dough thickness of about 0.5 cm and cut into sticks with a length of about 5 - 6 cm and a width of 1 – 1.5 cm.

Grease the cookie with egg, sprinkle with grated cheese or sesame seeds.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, choose the mode of "Convection", bake cookies 10-12 minutes. The cookies are ready!
