  • Potatoes

    1000 g

  • Water

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Khmeli-suneli

  • Salt

Potato peel, wash, cut into 4 pieces. Fill with water, put in a pan 1 clove of garlic. Cook 4-5 minutes after boiling.
