Fish baked with eggplant
It is strange that such a combination as fish and eggplant, pretty rare. Nevertheless, it is tasty and healthy. I think in the Post will be useful in a permitted fishing days.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Fish

    400 g

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Green onions

    4 piece

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Dill

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • The mixture of peppers

    0.25 tsp

  • Salt

Eggplant cut into circles with a thickness of about 1 cm, pour salt and leave for 15 minutes to left bitterness.

Taking any fish at will, capability, and availability, I have cod, freshly caught by her husband, ice fishing. Fish clean, if small, leave whole, cut into large portions. RUB the fish with a mixture of freshly-ground pepper, the lemon juice, sprinkle with dry dill, squeeze out the garlic and pour 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. I have a TM Kikkoman. Set aside to marinate for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, rinse the eggplant under running water, dry it with a paper towel and fry until Golden brown in vegetable oil on both sides.

Take a baking dish, grease with a brush oil, put on the bottom of the eggplant. Sprinkle with green onion rings.

On eggplant put the fish, cover with foil, put in oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

After 15 minutes, remove foil and grease again fish soy sauce, I have a TM Kikkoman. Again put in the oven until Golden brown.
