Cupcake honey kvass
Recipe-the idea emerged in my head, while drinking honey kvass. Really wanted to try to bake a cupcake with a malt aroma, honey sweetness and caramel flavor of brown sugar. Pleased with the result.

Ingredients

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    140 g

  • Flour

    140 g

  • Brown sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Brew

    125 ml

  • Leavening agent

    12 g

  • Raisins

    1 handful

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    120 g

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Brew slightly warm and mix honey in it. Pour into a bowl.

Add the eggs, sugar, sour cream, vegetable oil and beat with a mixer until the sugar is dissolved.

Mix two kinds of flour with baking powder. Continuing to whisk, add flour, add raisins. The dough should be in consistency like a thick cream.

Now choose the form in which we bake. Then I made a strategic blunder by taking silicone molds are not very large. I did not realize that the dough will rise very much, it is literally bursting in the baking process. Therefore, it is better to take the metal mold and grease it with vegetable oil. Bake for 40 minutes at 160°C.
