Love quick and delicious recipes. This pizza is just like this - the basis consists of only 2 ingredients, but the stuffing can be any. So, you are welcome.

To prepare the base for this pizza we'll need just 2 ingredients - yogurt and self-raising flour. I used a classic yogurt prepared by using bacterial starter cultures Aigo. So, sterilize the dishes in which will prepare the yoghurt, and boil the milk (my market). If You use milk out of the bag, it has already been sterilized or pasteurized.

In the room temperature milk, add 1 sachet (=3G) bacterial starter cultures for making yogurt, stir thoroughly with a clean dry spoon to dissolve yeast.

Cover with a lid. Capsule with formula I was placed in a special thermos for making yogurt, boiling water. Left overnight in a warm place, in the morning, my yogurt was ready.

Self-raising flour - what is it? In the shops of my city do not sell this, as on many foreign websites it is often used in recipes. As they say, Google to the rescue! I have to say, I've tried a few recipes self-raising flour and yeast, and without, stopped at one, share it with You. Thus, the proportion : 1 Cup (250 ml) regular wheat baking flour use 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder and 0.5 teaspoons of baking soda (not slaked). Mix it all together, sift through a sieve.

For the filling I used roasted peppers, again, the filling can be ANY, on your taste.

It is easy to clean, by placing hot pack and allow to cool.

Go back to the base, mix the yoghurt and self-raising flour, you can with a mixer, you can manually.

Now is a nuance - flour can be used a little more or a little less, that is called "how much flour" - I hate that phrase in recipes, but it all depends on the fat content of your yogurt. This time I took 1.5 cups.

The dough should get soft and non sticky. Should keep the shape of a ball.

From the resulting test me out 2 pizzas of 30 cm in diameter. Divide the dough into 2 parts; hands, greased with vegetable oil distribute the dough, spread the filling.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a preheated 220 degree oven for 8-12 minutes. Pellet in the finished product turns out quite thin, and the edges crispy. The whole process takes a maximum of half an hour.
