When the window is cloudy, and in the house besides in the morning turned off the hot water and heating, we can only drink tea. Or coffee...or coffee with liqueur! To lift the spirit and prevention, so to speak! And coffee definitely have to bake something simple and delicious. But the cupcake with condensed milk and liqueur aroma-just like this is! Cooking
Beat the eggs with sugar in a lush resistant foam.
Mix on low speed of mixer cream, boiled condensed milk, Mac. Add the flour, sifted with baking powder, mix in the same mixer at low speed.
Last pour the liqueur and stir.
Pour the batter into a greased form and bake at 200 degrees until the boost and a light blush. Then reduce the heat to 180 and bake until done-test with toothpick. If left dry-turn off the heat and open the oven door. After 10 minutes remove the cake from the form and allow to cool on a wire rack.
Very tasty with a Cup of strong coffee, and liqueur.
