I love cheesecake, especially baked goods. Quick and tasty! And such an unusual cheesecake with a shortbread base, soft poppy-cottage cheese filling and strawberry jelly will please any sweet tooth! I invite You to tea and coffee with a slice of delicious cheesecake!

Cooking
The first step is to soak the gelatine in cold water to swell for 30-60 minutes for the filling and Jell-o in different bowls. Cookies grind into crumbs for the base.
Melt butter and mix with crumbs.
Form cover with foil and lay out the basis of the cookies forming the sides.
For the filling poppy brew in the milk for about 7 minutes.
The cheese with sugar and vanilla sugar, grind in a blender. Swollen gelatin heated on a water bath until complete dissolution and pour in the cheese mass. There also send the poppy seeds with milk and mix everything thoroughly. Pour the filling into the base and put them in the freezer.
Yet solidifies the base and the filling, cook berries (or fruit... and who wants to, can make chocolate or coconut - this is again a matter of taste and Your imagination) jelly. Swollen gelatin heated to dissolve. Berries with sugar Porirua blender and mix with the gelatin. I added a drop of lemon juice.
Pour jelly on top and refrigerate until fully zazywanie cheesecake - at least 3-4 hours.
Decorate according to your taste. I melted chocolate with confectionery powder. Strawberry jelly is perfect mint, but unfortunately not the season, and in local stores mint fresh I have not found.
