Cooking
Onions finely chop and fry in a pan until transparent.
To the onions add the minced meat and fry all together until cooked minced meat (it should be lightly browned). Do not forget to salt. After cooking it should be a little cool (good time of year allows you to do this quickly)))
While fried onions, ground beef liver will do. Wash, clean and put it into the blender, along with the yolk from the egg. Add a pinch of chili pepper and nutmeg, sprinkle with salt.
Add flour and baking powder, mix thoroughly. Baking powder I improvised, I added the quantity calculated on 250 gr. flour, you're guided by your manufacturer (usually on the package indicated).
Protein beat with a mixer and carefully inject it into the hepatic mass. That is a small amount of flour and beaten egg white, making the pancakes juicy, tender and so delicious. Finally add a little of the cooled stuffing mix. Fry on medium heat for a couple-three minutes on each side.
