Description

Liver pancakes with minced meat
I want to offer you one of my favorite variants of the hepatic pancakes, I think they (the variants) do not happen))) the Pancakes turn out tender, juicy (Yes, I'm not mistaken) and just melt in your mouth!

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

Cooking

step-0
Onions finely chop and fry in a pan until transparent.
step-1
To the onions add the minced meat and fry all together until cooked minced meat (it should be lightly browned). Do not forget to salt. After cooking it should be a little cool (good time of year allows you to do this quickly)))
step-2
While fried onions, ground beef liver will do. Wash, clean and put it into the blender, along with the yolk from the egg. Add a pinch of chili pepper and nutmeg, sprinkle with salt.
step-3
Add flour and baking powder, mix thoroughly. Baking powder I improvised, I added the quantity calculated on 250 gr. flour, you're guided by your manufacturer (usually on the package indicated).
step-4
Protein beat with a mixer and carefully inject it into the hepatic mass. That is a small amount of flour and beaten egg white, making the pancakes juicy, tender and so delicious. Finally add a little of the cooled stuffing mix. Fry on medium heat for a couple-three minutes on each side.
