Very tasty, very flavorful cake. For the fall of zimnego period is ideal. Good and tea, and coffee, and cocoa, and the milk is very tasty. Slightly damp. In my Arsenal it appeared recently, loved my home and I'm sure will remain in the list of favorite baked goods for a long time.

Cooking
Prepare pumpkin puree. To do this, clean the pumpkin from the peel and seeds, cut it into small pieces, put in a refractory form, sprinkle with sugar, pour boiling water 150 ml and put in oven. Bake the pumpkin until soft. Then take out from the oven, cooled and using a blender grind into a puree.
In the bowl of a mixer, break the eggs, add the honey and sugar. The recipe used brown sugar, I also put brown. But came to the conclusion that white very fit. Since lavender and cinnamon its flavor overshadows everything. Next time I will use white. All the ingredients are thoroughly beat with a mixer.
Now in the mixer bowl add all dry ingredients: whole wheat flour, oat flour, bran (recommended prescription is different, but I had oatmeal), baking powder dough, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, dried lavender flowers, nuts (I added).
I added pumpkin puree, olive oil and milk. Mix everything.
Form for baking grease oil, sprinkle flour. If you use silicone molds like I do, then it is sufficient to rinse with water. Spread the dough and put in preheated oven. Bake at 180*C for about 30-35 minutes (with a circular electric blower 160*C). When baking in the kitchen appears wonderful aroma of lavender and cinnamon.
The willingness of cake check wooden toothpick. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly in the form. Then extract the cake from the form, put on a dish, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
