Meat hedgehogs
Hedgehogs, baked in the oven in a tomato and vegetable sauce. Not the usual sauce itself will fit virtually any second meals (be it mashed potatoes, cereals or pasta). A wonderful dish for lunch or a full dinner.

In minced meat add chopped onion and garlic (I very finely chopped, you can chop in a blender or skip through chesnokodavku), spices - salt, mixture of peppers to taste. Beef to beat off as burgers. In prepared and chilled rice (I cooked in the evening), add the egg, mix well. Add the beef to the rice, knead well right hand, to remove while in the fridge.

The necessary basic foods for tomato-vegetable sauce. All the vegetables wash (pictured zucchini big, I took half). I eggplant purified from kojici (optional). Tomatoes to punch in a blender with a slice of ginger, or grate, you need to get 1 Cup of tomato puree.

Onion and pepper cut into medium cubes. In a saucepan heat the rust. oil, lightly fry the onion with the pepper.

Add, cut into large cubes, eggplant and zucchini. Fry a couple of minutes, stirring occasionally.

Pour in the tomato puree, stir, cover with a lid. Simmer 15-20 minutes, not forgetting to stir occasionally. Add chopped herbs to taste.

Stewed tomato vegetables. Not the usual next step is to add 1/2 Cup of your favorite marinade from a marinated salad vegetables (I used the marinade from the "Salad of cucumbers and tomatoes for the winter"), chicken broth (adjust the desired consistency of the sauce, if the sauce is cooked for pasta, it should be fairly thick), salt and spices to taste, sugar if needed (I add). Cook the sauce for another 10 minutes.

While the sauce "ripen", from the prepared forcemeat to blind hedgehogs, the size of a small orange. Put in refractory form.

Pour the prepared sauce, put in a preheated 200 degree oven on middle level for about 15-20 minutes. I baked hedgehogs in the "grill".

The finished dish. Serve hot right in the form, as a main dish or for dinner., as an independent.
