Cooking
1. Stir with a mixer on low speed all ingredients except flour, baking powder, candied fruit and nuts.
2. Add flour mixed with baking powder and bring the dough until thick cream.
3. Add the mixture of nuts and candied fruit, stir and mix with a spoon.
4. Spoon the batter into a silicone form with high edges, the surface is smooth. (I have a form of ceramic, made with baking paper)
5. Cook in the microwave mode at medium power for 5 minutes. Then turn to low power and cook for another 12 minutes. Check the readiness with a wooden stick. Add cooking time on low power, if necessary. (About the choice of power, unfortunately, the instructions to my microwave is not specified anywhere what exactly the power level corresponds to the medium or low power. Known only to a maximum output of 950 watts. She is 6 levels. If the highest level be described as the 6th, and the lowest as 1, then the low level will be 3, and the average - 4th)
6. Tilt shape with gingerbread on a flat plate and let cool at room temperature. (I just plucked it out of shape using the edge of the paper for baking) :) Before serving, sprinkle the surface of the gingerbread with powdered sugar and garnish with fresh berries. Yay! Yummy ready! Bon appetit! :)))
