Cooking
Onion peel and cut into half rings.
Fry the onions in vegetable oil, add 2 tbsp of soy sauce and cook for another 1 minute.
Add chopped mushrooms ( I have them boiled and frozen), cook 5-minutes.
Shred the cabbage. Grate on a coarse grater carrots.
Saute the cabbage with carrots in vegetable oil.
To connect cabbage and mushroom mass. The stuffing is ready.
The dough prepared in a bread maker. Can be prepared in parallel with the filling. To do this, put all the ingredients for the dough in the following sequence-in the ode, flour, olive oil, sugar, salt, yeast. Turn on the mode "the Dough".
